Our trailblazing global AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) company, is on the lookout for an exceptional Junior Account Manager to join our Global Partner Team and report to the Global Partner Sales Manager. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for several client accounts across Europe and the globe.


To be successful as a junior account manager, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts and ensure client satisfaction, by listening to their needs and delivering products and services that meet or exceed their expectations.

This is a hybrid role based in the Malvern office, with the requirement to come into the office once a month as a minimum. The salary for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience.


How will you be making a difference?

  • Supporting the Global Partners team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets in key markets.
  • Identifying opportunities and supporting our partners in developing and achieving sales growth in their markets.
  • Ensuring the customer has an exceptional experience dealing with Smartbox products and services through training and other initiatives.
  • Conducting professional and informative sales presentations and product events including product information days with different client groups.
  • Coordinating with Account Managers to develop bespoke sales plans.
  • Attending industry conferences to network and develop industry expertise.


Essential Qualifications/skills/experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license to facilitate travel for client meetings and business needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to use all Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Confident communicator and a keen interest in relationship building.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Willingness to understand and be compassionate towards the needs of AAC users.


Useful Qualifications/skills/experience

  • 1+ year experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role.
  • Experience in managing multiple account portfolios.
  • Knowledge and experience of AAC and assistive technology.
  • The ability to speak another language.
  • Clinical background (either Speech and Language or Occupational Therapy).
