Our trailblazing global AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) company, is on the lookout for an exceptional Junior Account Manager to join our Global Partner Team and report to the Global Partner Sales Manager. At Smartbox, our cutting-edge technology gives a voice to those with limited speech, positively impacting the lives of people with disabilities worldwide. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for several client accounts across Europe and the globe.
To be successful as a junior account manager, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts and ensure client satisfaction, by listening to their needs and delivering products and services that meet or exceed their expectations.

This is a hybrid role based in the Malvern office, with the requirement to come into the office once a month as a minimum. The salary for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience.
